From Philadelphia: Take the Ben Franklin Bridge to New Jersey. Follow the signs for Route 70. Continue on Route 70 East. Soon after the Lakehurst Circle on Route 70 you will see a sign to bear off to the right to Route 37 East into Toms River. After passing Community Medical Center and going under the parkway underpass for Exit 82. From that point follow directions below.
From PA Turnpike: Take PA Turnpike over bridge to the NJ Turnpike North to Exit 7A. Follow I-195 East to Exit 35A and the Garden State Parkway South Exit at 82. (37 East, Toms River - Island Heights) From that point follow directions below.
From New York and North Jersey: Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 82. (37 East, Toms River - Island Heights) From that point follow the directions below.
From Baltimore: Take I-95 North to I-295 North crossing the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Continue on 295 North to Route 70 East. Soon after the Lakehurst Circle on Route 70 you will see a sign to bear off to the right to Route 37 East into Toms River. After passing Community Medical Center and going under the parkway underpass for Exit 82. From that point follow directions below.
Directions continued: You will exit onto Route 37 going East. Go to the 6th traffic light which will be Vaughn Ave/ West End Avenue. (at this corner is Fast Break Cafe, just past Monaghan's Liquor Store) Bear to the right off of Route 37, you will be on West End Avenue. Go to the 2nd stop sign, which will be Ocean Avenue (the river will be one block in front of you).
Turn left onto Ocean Avenue, go through one stop sign - continue though an S curve, then go past 3 streets on your right with Holly Avenue being the third. Immediately bear onto Ocean Bend, which is a ONE-WAY street on your right. Please be aware of children playing. We are the fourth house on the right. Pull directly into the driveway and parking area.
There is a B&B sign at the bottom of the driveway (caution: fireplug and concrete post by driveway entrance.)
Left turns in NJ on major roads require you to use a "jug handle" on your right to cross over to make your left turn.
